Intuitive Mindfulness: A Virtual Group Coaching Experience is designed to help you reconnect with and trust your innate wisdom. Through this life changing 5-week journey, you'll join a supportive community of like-minded individuals, all on the path to deepening their intuitive mindfulness. Together, we'll explore practices that strengthen your inner knowing, helping you navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and peace. The group will consistent of up to 10 participants.
Learning Format:
Weekly Online Small Group Coaching Calls (Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:15pm ET): Each session includes check-ins, thematic explorations, and guided mindfulness meditations.
24/7 Support via WhatsApp Group: Stay connected with the group, share insights, and receive ongoing support throughout the experience.
Two Personalized 1-on-1 Sessions: Dive deeper into your personal journey with two 30-minute individual coaching sessions, scheduled at your convenience.
